Search and repair faults

In order to save time and money, you must use the following seven rules for quick and accurate troubleshooting:

1. LEARN THE NODE

In other words, do everything depending on you. Read the operating instructions for the driver, as well as this manual to know how to operate separate components and their functions.

Check out the latest information on maintenance. Read it and then keep it in an accessible place. These data may contain information about the cause of problems that you have encountered and how to resolve them.

2. TAKE CARE OF DRIVING

Ask the driver, how did you manage the co-harvester, when the break was noted.

Find out that in the operation of the kombayn there was not so, as usual.

Also, find out whether any work has been done on the harvester yourself. It is possible that you find that the fault is different, but you must know about max, which have already been taken.

Find out how the combiner was exploited, and how often it was maintained.

A large number of malfunctions arises from the consequences of good waste and negligent treatment.

3. TRY THE COMBINE IN WORK

If you can use the combiner, try it for yourself. Do not rely entirely on the words of the driver, check all.

Are the correct data indicative of measuring devices? If there is no, it is possible that the terminal is provided with a device, it is functional, or the measuring device is not faulty.

HOW DOES YOU COMBINE? Is it too fast, too slow, wrong, or isn’t it in general?

Is the resistance to the pedals felt? Does it hit?

Is there smoke or smoke?

Are there unusual shields? If yes, then where?

Access to diagnostic codes and fault addresses

Information on display diagnostics on display

For each address there is an informational description. Description of the amenities

Providing information.

They are listed for operations, therefore, all addresses related to one type of information,

given together. In the vicinity of the system, one and the same bit of information can be in two or more addresses.

The diagram uses the symbols describing the image on the display for information:

• n - numeric value

• 1 - displays 1 or 0. This means ON or OFF, for the display of the address

• x - information in the position of this sign does not matter.

• _ - the sample. DISPLAY ON DISPLAY

Diagnostic faults priority

Each diagnostic fault code (DTC) has a defined priority. The DTC priority is characterized by the way the DTC is displayed on the driver:

• Priority 1 - The display of the 1 corner stand stops the normal operation, and the DTC appears on the screen. This indicates a malfunction, if a display is required to stop the combine, immediately turn off the engine and eliminate the malfunction. The display of the 1 corner stand shows the DTC until then, as long as the fault is not fixed.

• Priority 2 - The diagnostic indicator on the display of 1 corner stand is turned on. It indicates a malfunction, which should be checked immediately.

• Priority 3 - DTC is recorded in memory, but does not show the combiner.

Information on this address can be seen on a display of 1 corner stand.

If the address is of the type DISPLAY / MODIFY, the contents must be changed.

• The first available charge will flash (on the top or bottom line, depending on the type

reapers)

• Press the buttons with the arrow pointing down and up on the display to increase or decrease the value of the blinking light.

• When the flashing value is correct, press the calibration button for the switch to the next one

• Continue to change the value sequentially for the same familiar text until the CPD1 display is

It will be necessary to show the required value.

• Press the input button to record the new value into memory

Expansion to normal operation mode:

• Press the button with the returnable arrow twice to return to normal operation

• Turn the ignition key to OFF / OFF.

• When using the following machine in a combiner, this calibration information will be used.
